Brownfield Housing in AONB

Another amazing outcome after successful appeal won for 18 houses on the site of a former electricity substation in AONB countryside.

The inspector said the scheme would not harm the character and appearance of the area, and would conserve the landscape and scenic beauty of the AONB. It was also felt that this was an efficient use of the land with much needed market and affordable housing for the area.
