Barn Cottage

This conversion project took a previously existing garage and transformed it into a 2 storey extension along with an interior refurbishment of the existing house. The aim was to improve the usability of the house whilst providing stunning views of the lake.

Research and careful consideration went into the development of the project, with the main challenge of the build focusing on being able to take the existing garage extension and convert it in a manner that lived up to the original vernacular design of the house. Close attention was given to the building and furnishing materials that were locally sourced.
