RIBA Stage 5 Manufacturing and Construction
Chloe will produce a purchasing schedule (FF&E) to help you with ordering finishes, furniture, and furnishings; receive deliveries on-site and oversee installation. Chloe can also oversee the implementation of visual concepts; progress meetings and installations will be attended as the project requires through to the site handover to you.
RIBA Stage 6 Handover
Chloe will provide you with a binder with all relevant inclusions as part of your project's wider Health & Safety File. This includes 'As Built' drawings, Specification sheets, Manuals (where applicable), cleaning and maintenance instructions. During the completion and handover, Chloe will assist to snag the work carried out and help to resolve any deficiencies.
